Imagine! Boulder.

Imagine!, a non-profit organization specializing in support services for the developmentally disabled, needed its new group residential facility to fit in with the new Boulder Housing Partners’ Foothills Community. Crafting this group home called for integrating early Boulder architectural style with environmentally-friendly construction. The result is an attractive complement to this award-winning community in Broomfield.

Prairie Rose Plaza.

Prairie Rose Plaza is a 19-unit apartment community for people with disabilities. We partnered with Archdiocesan Housing to develop this charming facility in Commerce City. Each apartment is equipped for independent or assisted living arrangements as needed. A community room provides a centralized place for residents to get together.

Developmental Pathways .

Developmental Pathways serves individuals and their families with developmental disabilities. Their group homes provide supportive living arrangements in established neighborhoods. We’ve built and renovated homes in Aurora, Littleton and Centennial.

Project Support - Idaho Springs.

The 20,000 sq ft, 3-story senior housing complex in Idaho Springs was the first of its kind in the area. Built over one of the snowiest winters in Colorado, the crafting of this building symbolizes the strength of the community itself. Surrounded by natural beauty, the design reflects the region’s historic mining context. (Odell Architects, 2007)
