Robert J. Sarlo


Robert Sarlo and James Fournier started Interlock Construction Corp. back in 1984. As co-owner, President, and Chief Brain Trust, Bob oversees projects from development through final acceptance – and beyond. This is a man who knows what he’s doing. And he probably knows what you’re doing, too.

James J. Fournier

Vice President

James Fournier serves the Company in many capacities, from Project Manager and Estimator to Safety Coordinator. His decades of experience in construction management, carpentry, and estimating make him an integral and important contributor to each project. Just don’t tell him we said nice things about him.


Monte Miller


Monte Miller is a cornerstone of the Interlock construction team, having served as one of our Superintendents for over 10 years. Monte's experience as a Superintendent and his mad skills as a carpenter enable him to manage a diverse range of projects. When he yells, it just means that he loves you.


Judy Allender

Business Manager

Judy Allender has been with Interlock since 1995. She serves the Company in an administrative management capacity. We’re not sure what exactly that means, but we are sure it’s important. Judy handles all Prevailing Wage and billing issues. She makes things happen, gets things done, and drinks way too much coffee.


Melissa Oakley

Bid Coordinator

Melissa Oakley is the latest addition to Team Interlock. She issues bid invitations, manages our DSBO outreach, and keeps bid documents organized and accessible. Melissa can guide you through the blueprints, the front-end documents, and the bidding process with ease. She may be small, but she is mighty!
